If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an informal communication by e-mail. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing before consent was withdrawn.
If data processing is based on a legitimate interest, you can object to this processing for reasons that arise from your particular situation; GIIR Germany only processes the data if there are demonstrably compelling, overriding reasons worthy of protection or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Part 2: Data processing when accessing the website



2.1. Processing for connection establishment and security assurance
Every time a user accesses the website of GIIR Germany, the IP address, name of the file called up, date and time of the call, amount of data transferred, status of the call (successful/unsuccessful) as well as browser type and operating system of the end device and URL of the previously called page (so-called “referrer URL”) processed. This processing is necessary for page display; The basis is Art. 6 Para.1 (b) GDPR. This information is stored for a period of 7 days and then deleted.

The data is also used for evaluations of system security and stability and, if there is a specific reason, to clarify violations of the law (e.g. to clarify misuse or fraudulent activities) due to an overriding interest in ensuring and improving stability and functionality as well as in clarification in accordance with Art. 6 Para.1 (f) GDPR processed. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes will remain stored until the respective incident has been finally clarified.

2.2. Processing for usage analysis
With your consent (given the first time the page is called up), information on the time, duration and scope of the pages used as well as information on the accessing device such as operating system, region and browser type will be collected using the analysis software "Google Analytics" operated by Google. The data is processed pseudonymously in order to generate anonymous information about the way the site is used, to continuously improve the website and to better tailor the content to the user. 2.3. Processing for design and animation representations
With your consent (granted the first time the page is called up), a connection to wowjs.uk is established when various pages are called up and content is loaded from there in order to enable animated displays on the website. Information at the time of retrieval and the IP address are transmitted. The basis is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a GDPR. The page cannot be displayed properly without your consent.

The website offers various services and interactions. Data is only processed if you use the respective service. To what extent and for what purposes data is processed is described for each service.

3.1. Data processing for registration and use "Login".

In order to register and provide information for the open position at HSAd, you can register as a user via the login. Your name, e-mail address and password are required to log in. This login data is required for user registration and will be processed in accordance with Art.6 Para.1 (b) GDPR until you delete your access.
With each login, information about login attempts, time, type and duration of use is processed. This information is necessary to perform the login and to detect and prevent unauthorized login attempts and is processed in accordance with Art. 6 Para.1 (b) GDPR. The usage data will be deleted after 6 months.

3.2. Data processing when using “Google Maps”
Our website offer includes the possibility of using the map service "Google maps API" from Google Inc., with which locations can be displayed, among other things. 3.3. Data processing when using the contact form
When contacting us via the contact form, we process the contact details you provide and the content of the message. The data is processed to deal with your request and is necessary for processing the request. The contact details are processed for queries and communication on the matter. The processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 (b) GDPR insofar as it takes place within the framework of pre-contractual or contractual relationships, otherwise on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 (f) GDPR in our common interest in answering your inquiries. The data will be kept for up to 1 year after the request has been processed.
